UNHCR is a United Nations agency,
mandated to aid and protect refugees,
forcibly displaced communities and stateless people.
UNHCR and the Akelius Foundation
Akelius Foundation and UNHCR Sweden have been working together since 2019.
The Foundation doubled all donations to UNHCR in Sweden in December 2019,
in March 2022 for Ukraine campaign and in December 2023.
Including 2023, the total volume of donations is
EUR 45 million.
