Between 2010 and 2024, Akelius Foundation donated EUR 154 million to

Additionally, Akelius Foundation has long-term commitments to five projects with SOS Children's Villages.
Those projects run typically 25 years.
The donation for each project is SEK 100 million and SEK 500 million in total.

In December 2024, the Foundation is still committed to paying the remaining SEK 240 million in the coming years.

In March 2022 Akelius Foundation together with UNICEF and UNHCR organized a donation campaign for Ukraine.
In this campaign Akelius Foundation donated EUR 52 million and Hugo Research Foundation donated EUR 15 million.
Total donation for this Ukraine campaign was EUR 67 million.

In 2023 Akelius Foundation matched donations of Children of the World’s fundraising through Radiohjälpen and donated SEK 45.3 million.
The foundation donated SEK 20 million to Chalmers University of Technology.

In February 2025, the Akelius Foundation doubled all donations that UNICEF Sweden, Save the Children Sweden and SOS Children´s Villages collected for Gaza, and donated SEK 62.5 million.
